That's a good idea! Well, I hope you find this to be a good idea. :) I use plastic canvas hearts to keep track of my apolstery needles and other large needles. I wouldnt want to drop one and not notice it, so the red heart stands out enough to see right away! This way your needle is all dressed up fancy smancy, very visible for when looking through your sewing kit. The needle slides right through the stitches too, and stays! Super neat!
